By entering this site (Lola Montez) and purchasing Montez Merch you agree you are 18 years old or order.

Any images, videos, text, etc are not to be copied or used without permission from the business Lola Montez. 

All orders are processed upon reciept from placing order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing regardless of shipping selection. Processing and shipping time does not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received.

All orders received after 1:00PM EST will begin being processed the next business day.

If any item in a customer's order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping we will replace it with the same product that was originally purchased. To receive a replacement, customers please message on the website.

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase. We do not provide return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at your/customers expense. Refunds are issued within 2-7 business days after receipt of the return package.
